Job Summary
- Produce ad hoc reports for Project Management teams as requested.
- Conduct margin reviews, incurred cost analysis, and percent complete assessments at quarter-end.
- Ensure timely closure of projects, adhering to closing protocols.
- Analyze monthly project cash flow and aid in generating project billings, along with compiling owner funding support.
- Authorize subcontractor payment requests for designated projects.
- Assist in the review of non-compliant and expiring insurance certificates.
- Evaluate and interpret owner contracts.
- Enforce adherence to approved procedures on assigned projects.
- Establish and maintain project status and information.
- Conduct monthly meetings with project teams to assess the progress of each designated project.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 4-5 years of Construction Accounting experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel and ERP systems experience
