KeyStaff Professionals is partnering with a well-established, family-owned company in the heavy civil and highway construction industry. We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Leader to oversee enterprise-wide HR initiatives across multiple affiliated businesses. This position will partner with executive leadership, driving workforce strategy, leadership development, compliance, and performance management.
Job Summary
- Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple locations, influencing business outcomes at the highest level.
- Shape HR direction, build people strategies aligned with business goals, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with executive teams and support a respectful, value-driven workplace.
- Support development initiatives and succession planning while improving HR systems and processes.
- Drive enterprise-wide HR policies and programs
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention
- Manage compensation and benefits initiatives
- Improve HR systems and ensure compliance across locations
- Support business operations through performance metrics and workforce analytics
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or business
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership, including multi-location oversight
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in coaching, training, and performance management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 15%)
