Summary of the Role:

KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Corporate Event Planner to plan and execute in-store, corporate, and community events that enhance customer engagement, increase brand visibility, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

Job Summary: 

  • Develop and manage an event calendar, coordinating in-store promotions, corporate gatherings, and community outreach initiatives
  • Oversee logistics, including event setup, staffing, travel arrangements, and breakdown to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage branded merchandise, including ordering, inventory, and distribution.
  • Enhance guest experience through effective registration management, on-site coordination, and customer service
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and service providers
  • Monitor event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and track expenses
  • Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Analyze event success by gathering data, tracking performance, and providing recommendations for future improvements.

Job Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate event planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity in event planning and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
