Job Summary

  • Oversee asset accounts, update Fixed Asset System (FAS), and prepare monthly depreciation entries
  • Manage account activity, compare with policy lists, and prepare monthly amortization entries
  • Monitor prepaid accounts, update amortization schedules, and prepare monthly amortization entries
  • Ensure monthly reconciliations are accurate and resolve discrepancies
  • Oversee general and administrative expense closing schedules
  • Prepare financial schedules for quarterly board meetings
  • Ownership of the vendor maintenance process
  • Review and process expense reports in Concur
  • Compile and complete compliance documents for tracking 
  • Perform additional special projects as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s), Oracle or familiarity with ERP Systems
  • Experience with Fixed Asset Systems 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
  • 3 + years of experience in accounting or finance roles
