Salary: Up to $210K
Summary of the Role:
KeyStaff Professionals is partnering with a well-established, growing organization in the Western Suburbs is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance and IT functions. This executive role will drive financial strategy, oversee risk management, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong financial expertise, operational acumen, and experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.
Job Summary:
- Oversee accounting, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strong internal controls, manage risk, and oversee treasury functions.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance and IT team.
- Maintain key relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and legal partners.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or Finance
- CPA
- 10 years of Accounting and Finance leadership experience
- Experience directing financial planning efforts preferably in the Construction Industry
- Leadership within a small to medium size company as a CFO
- Collaborative and process improvement driven
