Accounts Payable Specialist

Salary: Up to $26/HR

Job Summary:
- Processing high volume full cycle invoicing with 3-way match
- Handling vendor management
- Performing statement reconciliations
- Issuing payment and tying out transactions
- Processing weekly check-runs
- Handling reconciliations
- Processing month-end reporting
Job Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detailed driven
- 3-5 years high volume AP experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent data entry and 10-key skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
