KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a short-term, Contract, HR Support project.  This position is an ideal role for someone with strong organizational and excel skills, data entry experience, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Summary

  • Create and maintain electronic personnel folders for both active and inactive employees
  • Download and store performance reviews from the internal system, saving them in each employee’s respective folder
  • Retrieve and organize resumes and applications from the applicant tracking system, saving them in the appropriate folders
  • Update job postings using a standard template, including basic HTML formatting, and save the revised documents
  • Parse and organize Excel reports by team member, storing them in the appropriate electronic folders
  • Document progress and track tasks as they are completed

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Successful completion of  background check and drug screen
  • Experience managing electronic documents and maintaining organized systems
  • Proven data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
