Job Summary

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service via phone, live chat, and email
  • Process and update customer orders, addressing and resolving any discrepancies related to orders or invoices
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome and exceeding customer expectations
  • Manage returns and process credits efficiently
  • Assist the order entry team when needed and contribute to other projects as required
  • Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for new customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to support order management and provide exceptional customer service
  • Continuously learn about the company’s products, styles, and offerings to better assist customers
  • Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software
  • Prior experience in the Corporate Incentives, Distribution or Manufacturing industry required
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for delivering top-tier customer service
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience in a product-based or manufacturing industry is required
