Job Summary
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service via phone, live chat, and email
- Process and update customer orders, addressing and resolving any discrepancies related to orders or invoices
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome and exceeding customer expectations
- Manage returns and process credits efficiently
- Assist the order entry team when needed and contribute to other projects as required
- Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for new customers
- Work closely with the sales team to support order management and provide exceptional customer service
- Continuously learn about the company’s products, styles, and offerings to better assist customers
- Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software
- Prior experience in the Corporate Incentives, Distribution or Manufacturing industry required
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passion for delivering top-tier customer service
- 2-5 years of customer service experience in a product-based or manufacturing industry is required
