Job Summary

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams and leadership
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents, emails, and reports
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing events
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Follow set procedures and company policies with attention to detail

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow procedures and adapt to new systems
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Driven to improve processes and contribute to team success
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
