KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring efforts for a Non-Profit client of ours in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on recruiting hourly frontline talent, including Caregivers, Direct Support Professionals, and CNAs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate experience

Job Summary

  • Manage full cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer and onboarding coordination
  • Handle a high-volume requisition load while meeting time-to-fill expectations
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, hiring events, and referrals
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, motivation, and role fit
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, challenges, and recruiting strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within an ATS
  • Communicate consistently with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the process
  • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • 100% Remote Role (Candidate Must Live In Minnesota)

Job Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring hourly or frontline workforce
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication skills
  • ATS experience required; job board expertise preferred
  • Agency recruiting experience a plus
