KeyStaff Professionals is seeking Multiple Account Specialists for two growing manufacturing companies in the Northern Suburbs. These roles provide front-line support to customers across North America and partners closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and excellent customer service. They manage the full order lifecycle while resolving customer inquiries related to pricing, shipping, billing, and product availability.

Job Summary

  • Serve as primary customer contact via phone and email
  • Process and manage sales orders in SAPor Epicore, ensuring accuracy of lead times, pricing, and instructions
  • Provide order status updates, shipment tracking, and delivery information
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Research customer issues and initiate corrective actions
  • Issue RMAs per policy and follow up on returns
  • Provide freight quotes and issue purchase orders for custom or drop-ship orders
  • Submit credit memos and generate part numbers for purchased items

Job Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of customer service or account support experience
  • Required: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
