Location: Humble, TX

Salary: Up to $120K

Summary of the Role:

KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a Director of Supply Chain for a manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding operations. This role is in the northeast area of the greater Houston metropolitan region and leads end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. The position partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. (Relocation assistance is offered.)

Job Summary: 

  • Lead procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships
  • Develop short- and long-term supply chain, distribution, and logistics strategies
  • Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and customer demand
  • Negotiate with material suppliers, tooling partners, and equipment vendors
  • Oversee supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, and sourcing functions
  • Build and standardize SOPs across supply chain operations
  • Lead logistics, packaging, labeling, and trade compliance initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT/ERP teams
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team development

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related field
  • 8 plus years of experience in supply chain management, preferably injection molding
  • Experience in all areas of manufacturing, quality, supply planning and sourcing
  • Ability to build and SOP organization to effectively deliver long term planning
