KeyStaff Professionals is hiring a Product Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in the eastern suburbs. This role offers up to $25/hour and an immediate start for candidates with manufacturing customer service experience.
Job Summary
- Identify and engage new customers
- Assist with credit verification for new accounts
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Provide quotes, review past orders, and follow up on potential sales
- Assist with order processing, sourcing materials, and handling complaints per ISO 9001 standards
- Manage customer records and support credit memo requests
- Communicate pricing, availability, and product details to distributors
- Address and resolve distributor requests, complaints, and credit memo research
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing
- Participate in trade shows, company events, and marketing projects
Job Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Strong Math skills
- Highly organized and detailed driven
- Thrives in a collaborative, relationship focused environment
- On-Site 100%
