Job Summary
- Aid employees and customers through phone, email, or chat platforms
- Assess inquiries and determine the most effective solution or next step
- Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring timely follow-up with a resolution or action plan
- Work closely with other departments to address both technical and non-technical challenges
- Maintain detailed records and communicate clearly with relevant parties
Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with various technologies
- Perform well in a high-energy, fast-moving environment with strict deadlines
- Focused on delivering excellent customer service and practical solutions
- Proactive thinker with a talent for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
